As you are aware, due to WB licensing conditions, the model kit does not actually have any Pan Am markings.

Fortunately, we have recently completed a Pan Am markings and reference set for this kit. This set includes all of the Pan Am indicia done in dry-transfers, as well as ALL of the other markings seen on the original filming model. (Many of which are not included on the kit's decal sheet.) It also has numerous spare markings on each sheet. 

A few years ago, I built two 44-inch replicas of the clipper and the one model went on world tour with the Kubrick museum. We were able to scale-down the custom markings that were created for those models and after receiving a sample kit from Moebius, we confirmed that all of the scaled markings fit correctly on the new 29-inch model.  

The kit contains one sheet of dry-transfer markings and an extensive painting/detailing instructions document. The Pan Am roundels (meatballs) are professionally printed on an adhesive back sheet. Also included are color graphics for the interiors and many background photos and digitally restored vintage ads that can be printed out and displayed with the model! All of this information is contained on a flash drive that comes with the set.
