HK Model 2025 release of an ALL NEW TOOLING 1/48 Douglas A-20 series of model kits. “Boston” is the British designation for the Douglas A-20 twin engine bomber. During WWII RAF had 24 Squadrons operating the plane. The Boston III is the first item in the series. The glass-nose airplane model will have full interior detail with positional bomb-bay door and ockpit entrance doors. Kit will have latest design concept with “Oil Canning”, stressed metal presentation. As usual, the stunning box art is painted by Piotr Forkasiewicz. Custom made injection molded metal nose weights are included to help modelers to balance the airplane model. First production run will have printed poster suitable for framing. Kit has 554 parts and model has wing span of 587.7mm and length of 457mm.
