What's The Deal With DVD-R and CDR?

This title may be provided on DVD-R/CD-R media. Due to the rarity and special-interest nature of these films and media, commercially-pressed DVD/CDs would not be financially feasible. DVD-R/CD-R media allows Small Labels to produce titles in small lots, thereby holding production costs down, which keeps prices reasonable. DVD-R/CD-R is compatible with nearly all consumer DVD/CD players produced in the last three years or so. Many websites maintain compatibility databases, so if you are unsure of your player's ability to handle DVD-R/CD-R you may wish to do a bit of research. One such database can be found here. 

Are These Bootleg DVD/CDs?
No. Monsters In Motion does not sell bootlegs or pirated copies of existing North American DVD/CD releases. There would be little point in infringing on licensing arrangements to offer you the same titles which could easily be had at your local discount chain. All our titles are either original DVD/CD releases, or obtained from other vendors. The vast majority of our titles have never seen a widespread domestic release on DVD/CD. If you believe that a title we carry is in conflict with some agreement you have as a rights/license holder, please contact us. We welcome the opportunity to discuss fair distribution arrangements with you.

Terms Of Sale

DVD-R/CD-R titles are produced with the best available materials and sources. In particular, considerable effort has been expended to obtain the best image and sound quality for every title. Many titles in the Monsters In Motion collection are old and rare, and overall quality variations are inevitable. Any title which suffers from a physical defect in media or workmanship will be replaced free of charge. Otherwise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL 

DVD's-DVR's-Blu-Ray's-CD's-CDR's-Soundtracks-Software  are non-returnable or refundable unless discs are damaged. Damaged or defective videos, soundtracks and software may be returned for the same merchandise only. There are no refunds on DVD'S-DVR'S-BLU-RAY'S-CD'S-CDR'S-SOUNDTRACKS-SOFTWARE  or any recorded media. If a jewel case is cracked, we will replace the case for you.
