Ray Harryhausen 3 Film DVD Gift Set with Ymir Figure It Came from Beneath the Sea; Earth vs. the Flying Saucers; 20 Million Miles to Earth Colorized:

Special effects wizard Ray Harryhausen created a number of original monsters for his stop-motion animated films—including the Venusian Ymir, presented as a miniature replica in this gift set. Here are deluxe two-disc editions of three sci-fi classics from the 1950s, in both color and black and white versions. In It Came from Beneath the Sea (1955), a giant octopus, dislodged from the depths by atomic testing, invades San Francisco Bay and pulls down the Golden Gate Bridge. Harryhausen crashed spaceships into the Washington Monument and the Capitol dome in Earth vs. the Flying Saucers (1956). And in 20 Million Miles to Earth (1957), an American rocket returning from Venus plunges into the Mediterranean, releasing an egg. When a reptilian Ymir hatches, it soon grows to enormous size and terrorizes Rome. Along with the collectible Ymir figure (which we promise won't grow any larger than 7 inches tall) was computer grown from Ray’s actual Maquette that was at Forry Ackerman’s collection.   It is an exact replica shrunk down, the set's three bonus discs are packed with featurettes, interviews, and behind-the-scenes extras.
