Jean-Pierre Dorléac designed the costumes for the original Battlestar Galactica television series. Dorléac's work has also been featured in Zardoz.

Jean-Pierre Dorkéac was born in Toulon (France) on April 12, 1943.

He began his career for the film industry in the United States in 1977.

Jean-Pierre Dorléac was nominated at the 53rd Academy Awards in the category of Best Costumes for his work on the 1980 film Somewhere in Time.

Additionally he was nominated for eleven Emmy Awards, winning twice for the 1978 TV series Battlestar Galactica and the 1999-2001 TV series The Lot. He was also nominated for Quantum Leap five times, along with Mae West, Lily Dale, The Bastard and Tales of the Gold Monkey.

This is approximately size L-XL and would fit the average adult male. We believe that the blaster and belt were made by Mark Burnet Studios and the Jacket was also a licenced replica from the late 1990's. The Blaster comes unpainted. We can have one of our artists paint it for you for an additional charge.
